We've started on a journey to rehabilitate this grazing paddock into a working hobby farm and restorative agriculture ecosystem.  It's a special part of the New South Wales countryside that we'd love to share with you.  The sheep are primarily an attraction for visiting families, though we do selectively breed the best animals for paddock to plate consumption, for breeding ewes and stud rams.  The treeline is being revegetated with Acacia mearnsii (the Black Wattle), and native known to improve soil and restore biosphere.
